Our organization is a non-profit that looks to solve the problem of barriers in employment for people with disabilities.

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported in July 2022, 43.7% of persons with disabilities are not working due to some type of barrier to employment. A person’s own disability, lack of education or training, the need for special features at the job, and lack of transportation were among the barriers reported. Among person’s with a disability who were employed, over half experienced some difficulty completing their work duties because of access to accommodations, transportation, clothes, and more.

Beyond Employment Initiative gives grants to individuals with Autism and Intellectual disabilities to gain and maintain employment.
