The need for job skills training and access to employment are just the start of the challenges for people with disabilities and gainful employment accessibility. The major, often overlooked, issues are practical and financial barriers.
Beyond Employment Initiative gives scholarships to individuals with Autism and Intellectual disabilities to gain and maintain employment.
